Each Young Life area has a committee. These are adults who believe and support the Young Life vision: to introduce Jesus to young people and help them grow in their faith. The committee will include adults from many different backgrounds, professions, denominations and parents who have a heart for adolescents.

Areas in which you can invest include the prayer team, leader care, networking, logistical support, fundraising, golf tournament team, and banquet team.

Aaron and his family moved to the Low Country in 2021 after spending 10 years serving with Young Life in Southern Germany. ​ They enjoy traveling and the sun after lots of time in the gray and cold!

Leigh is the Associate Area Director and primarily oversees ministry in Bluffton. Leigh met the Lord through Young Life in high school and has been on Young Life staff since 2010. She and her family have been in Bluffton since 2018. Leigh is wife to Brent and mom to Ada James. She loves having a front row seat to life changes through the ministry of Young Life!

Chante's heart is to carry out the mission of impacting teen moms and shaping generations. "Each interaction with a teen mom is an opportunity to either plant a seed, water a seed, and pray for the Lord to grow them."

La’Talya is a third year staff associate from North Augusta, SC. She became involved with Young Life at the college level in 2017 at Winthrop University; then was placed as a volunteer leader at South Pointe High School in 2018. La’Talya is the team leader at May River High School and is developing a Young Life presence on USCB’s Campus. She’s most excited to be apart of God’s redemptive plan for adolescents here in Hilton Head/Bluffton!
